I loved everything about the property from front staff when you first check in to the heated pools and the pro club fit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location close to dining restaurants and park for kids to play. It’s perfect for families.

Room was large and comfortable. It was pouring rain and we were early, but they let us check in with no additional fee, which was appreciated. We were attending a party 10 miles away, and were able to take side streets instead of having to hop on the freeway.

Hotel employee greeted us at the reception desk. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I've stayed here previously but felt the hotel was even better than before. She is great asset to your hotel. And we got excellent cookies.

Ground level room facing garden and pool sliding glass door close to restaurant and bar without walking through hotel lobby pet friendly (I did not bring my pet but good to know) friendly staff easy check in and out early check in

The reason I picked this hotel is that the Hotel amenities stated that it was a gym on-site, well this was not true this hotel partners with a gym in the same parking lot as the hotel. I had my 6 and 8year old grandchildren with me when I checked into the hotel the front desk staff told me the gym had a child care to care for my grandchildren while I work out. The next morning when I walked 2 minutes to the gym with my 2 grandchildren we arrived at the gym to be told I had to pay 25.00 per child that's 50.00 and I was confused as to why this was not stated on the hotel's website nor when I checked in. When I spoke to the hotel's manager she said she was going to adjust my room rate. Which when I checked out Sunday morning my room was not adjusted because I went through a 3rd party. And when I asked to speak to a manager the front staff said that all the managers were off and that a manager will contact me on Monday by phone or email. This was very upsetting because I work out 6 days a week and this was not ok. I want to see if Booking.com can work with Doubletree to adjust my rate and give me a partial refund.
